THREE Barbie dolls in one… just amazing!!!

At the time I thought this was the most amazing feature for a doll— which was to be able to transform your doll right before your very eyes. Decades later, Mattel has ingeniously taken this idea one step further by creating a Barbie doll that can actually transform into THREE completely different Barbie dolls simply by exchanging out the Barbie doll head and her clothing. IMHO this “You Create Barbie Basics” set truly is the most advanced and ingenious Barbie doll set that Mattel has ever produced. Not only is the Barbie doll body fully articulated, but the clothing and jewelry she wears is absolutely exceptional, stunning really. Every minute detail has been carefully accentuated, with the result being a very fancy, high-end Barbie doll set that any little girl would be very proud and happy to own & represents countless hours of fun and imaginative play. The quality and care put into “You Create Barbie Basics” is second to none and I would highly recommend that you buy this set for your little one. It’s a best of the best Barbie gift set. Brava Mattel!

Endless possibilities!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3-in-1 doll has endless possibilities! It’s like getting 3 different dolls with countless outfit possibilities! The body is completely articulated. The heads are easy to remove & replace. The short haired head looks nothing like it does on the box & has hard, glued-like hair. The other 2 long haired heads have soft, beautifully flowing hair. The outfits are great & easy to mix-n-match. Live the neutral color scheme! The platform sandals are a little loose around the ankles. You have to be careful when removing the boots because the dolls foot comes off sometimes but it was simple to pull it out & put it back in the doll. The package brings hair clips, modern sunglasses, earrings and a gold chain for the doll. Overall, it’s a well made, creative doll package.

Beautiful unique faces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clothes with this kit. The clothing is high quality and has a nice feel to it. The faces are beautiful and unique looking. The two with long hair are my favorites. The short hair head has very stiff hair and the hair flips out. The pictures on the box show her hair turned inward and I wish the head was actually styled that way. Overall it is a fun kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like 3 dolls in 1! This set comes with 3 different Barbie heads so you can swap them out and customize their looks. The outfits are high quality and nicely made. The boots were our favorite and definitely have a designer look to them. We also enjoyed the tinted sunglasses! They remind me of the sunglasses that come on some of the higher end collector/designer dolls. The body is fully posable which is great for photoshoots and display. Lots of options with clothing, accessory, and hairstyle combinations! Would make a really nice gift!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie has so many different looks you can create! The makeup and hair have so many details and it is absolutely beautiful! I love the changing the head concept, but it was really difficult for my daughter to take the head off and put it back on. I did have to help her and it felt as if it was going to break off while doing so.
