[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this Barbie Ballet Wishes doll. My daughter is four and this was an instant favorite the moment she saw her. Representation is always key for me and seeing a beautiful brown skinned ballerina in such an elegant role truly matters. It opens the door for little girls to see themselves in spaces they may not always see represented.
The doll itself is stunning. The lavender ballet dress is soft and detailed and the crown adds a magical princess touch. My daughter loves posing her in ballet positions and pretending she is dancing on stage. The doll feels sturdy enough for gentle play but still special enough to feel like a keepsake.

My granddaughter & her friends love this doll

They now each have one of these dolls and they put on ballet shows together. Barbie is wearing a very pretty lavender leotard with matching tutu. She is quite stunning. The stand she comes with is very nice. Holds her body upright, so she can be displayed without looking crooked, as past stands have done. Her body is articulated, so she can be put into many ballet poses, which is important for a ballet Barbie! This doll is very well made.

Only downfall would be the pointe shoes unlace very easily. The doll comes with an adjustable stand, one I haven't seen before...which is great for this Barbie as she stands always on her tippy toes.

I swapped her to a made to move yoga body for more shoe options as the ballet feet don't fit any shoes. She's so fun to play with and restyle! Glad to have her here!

From the pretty ballet costume to the tiara to the sparkly tights, this doll is a dream for any little kid who adores all things fancy. I love the mobility and flexibility of this doll - you can put her into all kinds of positions to look like she’s really dancing. The dolls with joints at the knees, elbows, and wrists are always favorites in our house. I definitely recommend this Barbie!

She comes with a stand so you can admire her on a shelf or dresser daily. I would recommend getting this doll for the ballerina lover in your home.
