Ken was cool but wish he looked more Asian

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ken Holiday doll was well liked by my daughter. She does let it collab with her existing 50 plus Barbie collection that she had collected. She was only wishing that he looked more Asian vs the basic Ken look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So neither of my boys showed interest in playing with it however my youngest did set it on a shelf. It's very pretty but I do worry they would lose the one yellow piece near the belt and of course the shoes.

Holiday Barbie Great even if we ordered a Ken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had ordered a Holiday Ken - Caucasian (SIOC) doll but instead received a Holiday Barbie instead. This is why I gave it a 3 rating instead of a 5. The Holiday Barbie is great and my daughter loves it. She was looking forward to getting a Holiday Ken. The Barbie has really nice clothing and she has played with the doll a ton.

An elegant lunar new year look

Lots of tiny attachments to hold her in the box, was a bit nerve-wracking taking her out with out snagging the dress or shawl fabric. Theres articulation at the neck shoulders and hips. Her dress dosent allow much movement. The doll stand is different, once positioned on the stand the dress completely covers it. Her hair is a bit uneven at the bottom. And the velcro to close the back of the dress is warpped. Overall she looks lovely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely beautiful Lunar New Year Barbie. She has rich red currant lipstick and jet black hair. Wonderful attention to detail with large gold statement earrings, a gold cuff bracelet, currant red nails, and gold strappy stiletto shoes. Classic Barbie silhouette which is my personal favorite. Her silk dress has lovely fanned pleating on the bodice and a fishtail train. Her jet black hair is long, silky and straight.
