This watch helps me so much durning the day. When I walk my dogs I can track the time, miles, and call for help if needed in a remote area. I used to have to carry my cell phone and manage two dogs and that was tricky. At work and while driving it is just a quick glance at my watch to see messages. I can keep my eyes on the road. It has a lot of features I am still learning but it is comfortable and easy to learn.
