Buy a Garmin

The design, while pleasant and clean, scratches extremely easily. If you buy this, get a case to protect your watch. The battery life is terrible. I am forced to charge the watch twice a day, in the morning and at night. If your battery dies during an exercise, the watch will lie to you and claim that it saved your progress, but you will not be able to recover your data. I would buy a Garmin instead. Better battery life and better metrics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
