Just what I was looking for

We live in Florida and are prone to hurricanes and sever thunderstorms. It brings us peace of mind to have advanced warning of inclement weather.

Good sound, simple controls

I bought this radio specifically to use in my photographic darkroom. I selected this model because it has no bright light display of any kind. I usually listen to FM broadcasts, and even in my darkroom, I have no trouble pulling in my favorite stations. And I like having the Weather band as well.

Bigger than Expected

Just purchased this for upcoming hurricane season and I’m happy with the price and features it offers. I like that it only takes 3 batteries but also has a plug in feature. The picture was misleading as I thought it would charge a phone as I saw a phone plugged into it pictured but realized after receiving it, the phone is for an audio output feature. The weatherband is a little static-y but I like that the weatherband channel automatically picks up what location you’re in instead of having to program it like my last weather radio. This one seems much easier to use and should do exactly what I expect which is outlast a power outage for a while but still provide me with weather alerts.
