great sound and reception

I bought this a week ago. It comes in with great reception in my house even with using only batteries. I'm in a wooded area and others have not come in well.I'm very pleased with it.

Purchased this old school item to complete my prepper kit. Love it! Affordable price, easy to function and gives me piece of mind that if the electricity goes out during a storm, I have a way to still hear the news.

Excellent features and size

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago (Dec 3, 2020) and exactly right size; not a miniature version of a radio. Great sound and uses D batteries or plug it in. Also ear piece and handle. Solidly built!

I live in a state forest, when heavy winds or rain we lose electricity so I have used the radio on batteries and it works perfectly, really does it’s job for weather, news and just keeping us informed
