[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dryer; I would hold my standard blow dryer by the shaft anyway, so the ergonomics were easy to get used to. I have very thick hair, and it dries my hair quickly. My only complaint is that it doesn't get my hair as straight as my previous dryers have, and that is possibly due to the lower heat output. ( I don't perceive as much heat as with my old dryer.)
