Downside is that they don’t even last a year! My FOURTH one of these has now quit
Working. I really wish it would last longer than that at that price point. Going to have to try something

Platform Blow Out Handless Hair Dryer

This is a lightweight dryer. I really like the design. It makes it easy to blow the hair at a downward direction which I understand helps make the hair smooth. Takes a little getting use to, but overall very impressed.

But my concern is how to remove the filter. It has such an odd shape on the screw I can’t even find a tools to remove it.

I was sooooo happy when FHI came out with this handleless Blowdryer with quality attachments. I have been a professional stylist for 20 years and this has been thee best dryer I have ever used until recently when it went cold on me . It no longer blows hot air and I’ve only had it for exactly 14 months . Trying to contact someone over the phone has been impossible . I guess my only option is to repurchase :disappointed:.

Love my dryer. Dries fast. I just wish the attachments would stay . They’re not very secure when snapped on but other than that it’s great!

Very disappointed!

When I bought this dryer I thought it was stylist and perfect for my clients and myself. Love the game it had all the attachments! However it didn’t hold up as well as I thought. I attempted repairs. (Was focus to communicate through email.. very frustrating) The email experience the process, in which I followed. There was supposed to be information “ON” the dryer need. Well mine did not have the information needed and there was never anyone for me to speak with! I called several numbers took the dryer back to State Beauty still no solution, no returned call fro FHI Heat, emailed again and received the exact same email from my first attempt! I would not suggest anyone spent that amount of money on a dryer and you can’t even receive a courtesy call nor help. To me the brand is not honoring their product. Maybe someone had a better experience with this company but I beg the difference. I’ve definitely made my last purchase with FHI!
