Loving my FHI No handle blow dryer

I am so sad at the performance of this dryer. FHI in my opinion is a top of the line brand. I have been in the natural hair industry for well over a decade and know from experience that FHI has the one of the best flat irons on the market, so naturally I assumed the dryer would be just as great. My niche is blowouts and I strive for excellence, but since I do naturally thick, course, and textured hair, I need a dryer that performs quickly but also gets very hot. This dryer did an efficient job with timing but my clients’ hair was still poofy and frizzy, it didn’t get the hair smooth and silky as I expected. I was so excited to get this dryer because of it being handleless and lighter which for me means longevity in my career..but it almost seems as if this dryer was not made to do high quality blowouts of textured, course hair. FHI will remain my favorite brand for Flat Irons but I’m unfortunately having to send this dryer back :(

Amazing unit and works on natural coils well

LOVE THIS UNIT!!! Its super light, even airflow, and works like a charm on my 4a natural hair. I have only used the comb attachment, but it was easy to put on and stayed on the whole time. The unit is easy to use, including the power button. Mine came in a great box that holds the unit and all the attachments in their place. Honestly, the cord is long (which is good) but also heavier than the unit so it weighs it down a bit. The future will hopefully bring us a cordless unit but until then, I love this one!

I love this blow dryer

I wasn’t expecting the handless blow dryer to be easier to use than a traditional blow dryer but it is. It comes with all the attachments you need.
I use the defuser a lot and on my last blow dryer the attachments would always fall off. I don’t have that problem with this blow dryer. I LOVE it.
I haven’t tried it for a blow out yet, but I can already tell it’s going to make life a lot easier.

Good Dryer

This dryer did meet expectations. I used it as soon as I received it because I was anticipating it’s arrival. Other than that it is easy to handle and dries pretty quickly.. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the attachment came off a few times even after I matched the the dots. I’m not sure if it is a manufacture issue or an operator problem. Overall good dryer..

The Best Dryer & Design Ever!!!

I don’t know why anyone would use any other hair dryer! I think this design was so ahead of its time that not many people understood or tried it. With the comb attachment it drys my thick hair in 10 to 15 minutes and gets my roots super sleek...as opposed to traditional “gun shaped” dryers taking 25 to 30 minutes. It has allowed me to stretch between relaxers and additional 4 to 5 weeks, because it gets my hair so straight. Please don’t stop making this dryer....and maybe add a few more options just in this form factor...Love It!!
