So far so good. Have used this dryer about 3 times since I've purchased (maybe one or two more times), and I'm not disappointed. It's great ergonomically. The heat released options are perfect. The attachment units, specifically the comb, are sturdy - unlike other brands I've purchased that had weak teeth that broke quickly - and the entire unit itself is compact and easy to store. Additionally, the box it came in is great for repurposing as a storage box (if needed).

Good investment for stylists who suffer with tendinitis or carpel tunnel due to bulky hair dryers. It's super lightweight and easy to use i just didn't give it five stars because i wish it was hotter.

Lightweight product. Easy to use and hold. Produces quite a bit of smoke when using the comb attachment. Cuts drying time in half and the diffuser is a must!

It’s a light weight dryer with a long cable which is nice. I will be returning it however. It does not have a heat control setting just low, med, high. It’s also not as powerful as I’d like. It takes way too long to blow dry clients with thick hair. The nozzle is difficult to turn and gets way too hot. This is not the tool for a busy hairstylist.

This blow dryer is a game changer. I have thick, coarse, 4c coily hair and it dries my hair pretty quickly. My hair is soft and straight after the blow dry. The cord is long with no memory. The dryer itself is lightweight and easy to use. Definitely a grade A product!!!

I love this dryer. FHI never lets me down. My blowouts at home on my long hair are so much easier & quicker. The comb attachment is clutch. It's a quality attachment that doesn't fall off like most other comb attachments. I'm beyond pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended
