I love the platform dryer so much I purchased 2. The first one the comb attachment broke and I really need that for my natural clients so I bought the 2nd one the the same thing happened after 4 months. So now I’m back to my old dryer and brush to blow dry

The power button is extremely

The power button is extremely tight. Hard to turn on and off. Has good power but having difficulty turning on and off. Thinking of returning.

The overall design of this dryer very ergonomical because of how I prefer to hold a dryer. It allows me to dry clients hair with ease though, my comb attachment broke too easily. I also expected for it to have more power behind it. It’s great for home use but not salon use in my case.

Fine, but the switch is hard to click!

I love this dryer except that the on/off/high/low switch is is very hard to switch to another position.
I wish it was easier because I use this dryer in the salon on every client.

Best dryer I've ever bought! The straight handle is so much easier to use than the standard L-shaped one. The diffuser attachment stays put, and my roots get dry within just 6 minutes. Thank you so much!

I like the dryer’s weight. It’s really light and easy to maneuver but it doesn’t get hot enough for very course hair. I typically use the Platform model but wanted to try this one. I will be returning the lightweight model and getting the classic Platform

Stopped getting hot.

When I first got this dryer I was in love. Or dried my clients hair really fast. I love all the attachments that came with it it after about 8-9 months it stopped getting hot. It is such a hassle trying to send it back I didn’t even bother. Wasted money which saddens me because I really loved it at first.
