Got a defective one, have to return. Arm does not move up or down with the +- screw.

If you are on the fence about getting a monitor arm, this Acer mount is an absolute game-changer. It easily holds my heavy 34-inch monitor without any sagging, and the gas spring mechanism makes adjusting the height, tilt, and swivel completely effortless with just one hand.
The setup was incredibly straightforward, and I love that it includes both C-Clamp and Grommet mounting options so I didn't have to drill into my desk. By ditching my monitor's bulky factory stand, I reclaimed a massive amount of desk real estate and finally eliminated my neck strain by bringing the screen to the perfect ergonomic height.
Excellent build quality, highly adjustable, and worth every penny. Highly recommended!
