Don't think - just buy

These shears are heavy without being bulky - which is great when using them to cut through bone and gristle deboning or spatchcoking chicken. I reach for these as my multi tool in the kitchen - bottle opener, jar opening, the abs on the handles are excellent for prying open or prying loose anything that needs it. I was hesitant of the price point, but they are worth every penny
