My kids both received a Jupiter scooter for their birthday this month and have enjoyed every minute of it. The brake on my daughter's scooter broke, but it was super easy and painless contacting the company and having a replacement scooter sent. I am recommending all my friends with young children to get a Jupiter scooter for their kids too.

I bought the Jupiter scooter in teal last year for my daughter and she loved it! The lights are bright and the way they can change pattern is super cool. She enjoyed using her scooter but somehow the brake in the back broke off so now it’s not being used. I tried making a claim but I felt like when I would communicate the responses were delayed and I wasn’t getting the proper help and they ended up closing the ticket. Wish I could of gotten more information or a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
