Great overall printer for daily use documents in Black or Color. Very fast printing compared to my old HP and Canon printers. Only not good for photos will not print borderless on any size paper even photo paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The worst printer I have had the misfortune to have to lean to use. Give me back my old HP Envy 4500 any day. Steep leaning curve for scanning. Printer okay but nothing more than 3/5
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this just over a month ago after trying decide between it and a few other more expensive Canon brands as well as several competitor brands. very impressive overall. very easy to set up and use. love the auto document feeder feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GX2020 CANON All-In-One Printer with Fax

Very impressed with the GX2020 All-In-Printer with Fax.
Print quality using the black and colour inks is crisp and clear. Print job comes out and it can be handled right away…there is no waiting for the printout to dry. Absolutely no smudging!
Fairly easy to set up by going to YouTube and following tutorials.
Nice that it has a little screen that can be pulled out and clicks back in place easily … that was a big plus. Had been looking at a HP 7062 but that printer does not have a screen which means you have to setup and operate from your device.
Also the fact that this Canon Printer GX2020 allows the user to replace the Printheads and the Maintenance box (which collects the used ink) is especially great as this means these items can be changed when worn/full … no extra cost to have printer serviced by a tech…thus should have this Printer for many years to come.
Have set Printer as WiFi and find that it scans and copies as well as prints directly from your device/phone (iPad) and or computer/laptop and from an email.
Print Settings can be saved and given a Name, that way if you have a favourite form of printing you do not have to setup each time you print.
Only disappointment for me is there is not a USB port to print or scan to and from, but if using computer/laptop you can plug your usb stick into your computer/laptop and print that way.
So far have not used the Fax feature…imagine it will work as well as everything else has.
IMPORTANT: Canadian Regulations require this machine to be grounded but because there is only a 2-prong power plug Canon has included a grounding wire and small screw that needs to be attached to the printer and then the plug on this wire has to be put directly into the grounding slot of wall outlet. Digging further into this did find information that you can skip this step if you plug the Printer into the wall outlet with the 2-prong power cord then using the correct wire (you provide that) connect into the Printer USB slot found on the back of the printer and then put into a usb slot of the computer or laptop that uses a 3-prong power cord and thus that will be as if the printer is grounded. Remember this USB slot on the Printer is to connect to a computer/laptop or to print via Ethernet … this slot is Not a workable USB port for scanning nor printing to and from.
Both the Printer and computer/laptop must be plugged into a wall outlet. Do Not Use an extension cord or bar.
