I cannot express how happy I am with this purchase! It is super easy to use, it makes perfect ice cream and it is very easy to clean. I don't think I'll ever need to buy ice cream again :) It takes a little bit of time to figure out the recipes that you like, what settings to choose for your sweet treat, but it is a part of this incredible ice cream making experience :) Swirl feature is great to have if you are really into soft serve, but if not regular ninja cremi is going to get the job done.

I love this machine, we have made protein Ice Creamm since we bought for oursselves at Christmas, I am Keto but an ice cream lover also, so it fits perfect into my diet, also my husband is diabetic and also loves ice cream. Love the quality of Ninja products and this didn't disappoint.

Trial and error but by the time I got to figure out how to make my first soft ice cream it is a blast I enjoyed it looking at YouTube videos and some videos were very informative and other videos were not to good a lot of complaints about it but as far as I’m concerned it works well and the cleaning process is very easy as long as you follow directions .

I love soft frozen yogurt and I'm questioning my sanity as to why I didn't purchase this sooner. Having a great time experimenting with flavors and looking forward to the continued use. I hesitated on the purchase because I was afraid of the space it would take up but it's really not that bad. Once you get the hang of it, easy to use. Wish it wasn't so loud but sometimes sacrifices must be made for enjoyment. Thanks Ninja!
