Love this product. Water is delicious and it is easy to use. Sometimes it is tricky to get the water retainer to line up on the back. Overall very happy with this product.

It has started to give

It has started to give me less water when I fill up the reservoir with tap water . And I have been throwing out the old water fully. I dont top it off.

The water tastes very good,

The water tastes very good, and I’m thrilled not to be ingesting plastics, but I’m not happy that the reservoir never sits right on the base, often tipping forward with the lid not fully closing. This doesn’t impact operation, but it should work right.

I’ve used my AquaTru for about 2 weeks now and I’m very pleased with it! The water tastes great, it makes great ice cubes and easy to operate. I personally like the carafe , being glass , even though it’s not as large as the other unit.
