It is impressive to have a countertop Reverse Osmosis machine. The water after it’s fully flushed and set up is quite delicious. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of waste water. So my only complaint is that you have to dump a lot of water and that feels wasteful. I just wish there is some way to recycle the water without damaging the machine

I have peace of mind knowing that I have unlimited access to clean alkaline water! Only wish the pitcher was a bit longer because I refill it frequently, but I don’t mind too much because it’s a quick process to refill! I recommend for every home especially those in cities with contaminated water

Overall im very happy with the carfe,
The only thing is that you have to remove and return the thank for filtering to work. It's physically hard for me to that, to hold the tank when it's filled with water. It would have been better for me if there was a possibility to fill up the tank with it left in place on the device.

I think the unit works as it’s supposed to but I expected it to have a better taste and clearer water than the water filter on my fridge. It seems I may not have needed this additional filter if I have the filter on my fridge. They appear to have the same effect.

I generally really like this filter, except the flimsy plastic top of the glass water carafe sits in contact with the water when the carafe is more than about 2/3 full. I don't want my water stewing in plastic.

This is probably one of my favorite things I’ve ever purchased. Easy to put together, fills up pretty fast, and the peace of mind I get knowing I’m drinking good quality water is worth every penny. You can TASTE the difference instantly. And it saves me hundreds a year too in not having to buy bottled water. I highly recommend getting one!!
