Best purchase I’ve made for my family this year. I purchased an extra carafe and keep 2 rotating in the refrigerator. Although I may need to get another because I have noticed they are all drinking more water! I would highly recommend this. Definitely get the countertop sliding tray too. Makes it so much easier to slide out to reach the water reservoir.

An easy solution for good, pure water. Very simple to set up and use. Throughput is fine for me, my spouse and our dog. Operation is very quiet. Haven’t had to replace any filters yet but that looks to be pretty simple. Very pleased with our purchase.

My family and I love our new water system. We've purchased the countertop carafe, and water has never tasted so good! Our only regret is not purchasing the larger countertop system. Hayley recommend AquaTrue!
