So far so good. I’m enjoying not hauling water. I am also glad I didn’t have to do any major plumbing and installation. This was very easy and it’s portable. I’m making a couple pitchers of water a day. I especially bought this one because of the glass carafe.

I love it!! I had another brand and this one is just more functional for me and surpasses the my expectations. Easy to use, I am a visual person, love the color coded filters, the back tank is easy to pull off of the unit, the glass water pitcher is a very nice size. The best part is the water tastes great! I have had it now for 1 month or so and I love it!! Might buy another one eventually.

Even after running well over the recommended cycles through the filter, I have not been able to get past the new filter taste which has a slight sulfer component.

I feel good knowing that I'm drinking cleaner water and it tastes amazing! It doesn't take up too much counter space and is easy to fill and clean too.

Not working properly after 9 months

My Aqua tru filters do not last very long. 3 months for the blue cartridge. 4 for the green. On top of that, the water is no longer pouring into the pitcher, and is now just dribbling in one drop at a time. I tried changing out the filters and it's still doing this. I would say the aqua tru is good for the first 6 months but then you will start to have issues. Nothing is made to last anymore.

While it took 6-8 gallons of runs before the chemical smell and taste disappeared, this is my best investment in years! My municipal water in central NM is borderline at best and I’ve purchased water for years. Thanks to Aqua Tru, no more! Can’t recommend more highly!!
