I love the glass carafe and ordered a separate one so that i can fill two and always have cold water on hand. The water is crisp and it’s so much better than the other filters we had that did absolutely nothing for us.

I bought this because our well water has arsenic in it. I also bought the sliding tray based on other reviews. So glad I did as it makes it much easier to pull out when emptying & filling the rear. Water tastes exceptional. But most important is removing the arsenic. I chose to go this way to avoid bottled water. From micro plastics to saving our planet. It's a win win for us.

We needed to replace our old counter top Aqua Tru Osmosis water purifier. We had it for 10-14 years so with daily use we were not upset to need a new one. We are loving the glass carafe and ease of use of the new one. And of course, the water tastes great.
