I am enjoying the machine. The only setback is removing and refilling the water tank so often. It seems there is an easier way to throw out unused water because the machine only filters so much, which seems like such a waste. It makes sense if the machine filters as much water as is designated for the carafe and not so much excess. The water is clean, and the taste is apparent, which I love. I am happy with my purchase.

Work well and water feels "smoother" than the hard water out the tap. I recommend potential buyers purchase two accessories. 1) the rolling base which makes it easy to pull the unit out from under the upper kitchen cabinet or back of the wall to refill the reservoir. 2) an extra pitcher to fill and place in the refrigerator for cold water and a continuous supply of filtered water. I m surprised at how much water two people can drink each day
