I expected I would need time to adjust to the taste of this water, as with any new water, but this made my water taste so good. This product was worth it for me. High quality, easy to use. Quality item that produces good water.

I left for a week

I left for a week and kept water in my glass and came back and found mold in it .

It will take some getting

It will take some getting used to the procedure. It does not always re-set, and then I have to lift the tank and push it down again. Not so automatic!

So great to be getting clean water. I wish I would have gotten the bigger unit or the fridge filter. Info through a lot of water and constantly having to refill.

Finally, a solution to a huge problem in Louisiana

I have been looking for a way to change the taste and chemical elements in my water in my new home state. (I lived in NY for most of my life with the best water in the world—from an upstate reservoir. ) When I learned we were drinking treated Mississippi water in NOLA, I, as a breast cancer survivor, needed to take a big step toward making sure I was not drinking lead (in our street pipes) or PFOAs. I studied all options. I’m so happy with the taste and safety of the AquaTru that I am telling everyone. Easy to use (buy a second carafe) and solves a huge problem for a reasonable amount of money.

The water reservoir never sits

The water reservoir never sits properly into the unit. Quite annoying, as I have to manoeuvre quite a bit to get into place and have the lid close.
