I really like it. It produces good tasting water and it’s easy to use. I have the counter top carafe unit and it’s quiet when in use. I have recommended it to several of my coworkers

After using the AquaTru for two weeks it still has an unpleasant taste. This "purified" water tastes bad and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Too bad. I really hoped this would be good tasting water. It is not.

Carafe docking is a bit

Carafe docking is a bit tricky, need to wiggle the carafe to get it sit right. Seems there's a lot of water left in the tap water tank that needs to be dumped and tank refilled. Water tastes good and the unit seems to work fine for the few weeks we had it.

Really enjoying the Carafe Countertop RO machine! Have been using for a little over a month. Water tastes great! So clean and pure. My only wishes were that it came with the sliding base for the price and that the tank on the back were a little bit bigger. We have a family of three and I find myself filling the tank 3-5 times a day. On the flip side, if the tank were bigger, it would be heavier when filling at the sink so I suppose the trade off is worth it.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase so far! Hoping it lasts us many years of clean water.
