Got my carafe, followed set

Got my carafe, followed set up instructions, ran the cycles required for initial set up. Unit just dribbled water. Called support, which was quick and helpful. It was required to push in the star ports under the fresh water container multiple times. I had to push super hard and there was tons of pressure built up. Been using the carafe. It seems to take a long time to filter water. Not sure if I got a set of bad filters? I also have a PPM sensor it it still reads contaminants. Not sure if it’s doing what it’s supposed to do.

It’s very simple to operate. The water tastes so good. I like the pitcher is glass. I wish the lid was silicone or plastic free and the tap tank was also plastic free. I wish the whole device was plastic free.

The water quality in undeniable, as is the amount of wasted water. If I would have known how much water is wasted, I would not have purchased.
