I would like a bigger

I would like a bigger carafe so we have to run less cycles.
Also there should be a separate tank for the waste water. It's kind of awkward that we have to keep emptying and washing the input tank

I haven't been able to

I haven't been able to drink my well water since I bought my house (14 years ago) until now. I have a large chemical filter on it bit that didn't help enough for me to drink the water. But now with this reverse osmosis carafe I can now drink the water without getting sick to my stomach. Thanks

I rate this product as average because it makes absolutely no sense that I have to keep taking the overflow container in and out after each refill.
It should automatically start to clean the water after I put water in it.
If I knew this I would have not gotten this model.

I love that I am able to clean the water and the footprint is not too bad on our small counter. However, I do feel like we have to refill constantly because of the amount of "waste" that has to be dumped every time we refill. The main issue I have with this is that the suction on the bottom can get sticky, which means I am wrestling to pull the tank off and if water gets in there it's also a little difficult to whittle it back on. But overall very happy with it.

Works perfectly. Only design flaw so far is the tap tank leans back when full, preventing lid from fully closing during purification. Not enough of an issue to detract from high rating. It's well designed and doesn't require a lot of space.

I really love it overall

I really love it overall and the water tastes great but the machine will occasionally stop in mid cycle. It seems that somehow the machine vibrates the pitcher off the sensor and stops the cycle. I have the roller tray accessory so I am going to try taking it off when the machine does this to see if it is the roller tray making the machine vibrate too much.
