It’s OK, getting the water reservoir to fit in perfectly is a struggle and I’m consistently have to adjust it. It’s a hassle.

This product isn’t what I expected. The pitcher barely 1/2 fills before I have to empty the water reservoir and refill it. It wastes so much water just to fill a pitcher.

The water purifier was easy

The water purifier was easy to set up and works quickly to make fresh pure water. I’m happy to avoid plastic bottle waste and also have pure water made from tap water. If I were home more often I would get a larger one or a second pitcher as I go through it rather quickly.

We started using the machine

We started using the machine in May. Worked perfectly until the first of September. We’ve tried descaling the machine multiple times and changed all the filters. Still not working. Water quality is great but the machine is too delicate for hard water. After doing some research online, turns out we need a water softener in order for this machine to run properly. Wished I would have done more research on this product before purchasing it.

I love the clean water

I love the clean water I get from Aquatru, it is really delicious. There are a few things that I wish were improved on this model. For one, it should slide freely on the countertop instead of having to purchase something separate from the company. I needed up putting my aquatru on a cutting board to slide along the countertop instead and that works. My second issue is that the water holder sticks often, I have to wrestle it in order to get it out to fill it up again. But overall I do love it and it is perfect for 1 or 2 people.
