I purchased the AquaTru Carafe

I purchased the AquaTru Carafe Purifier several months ago and couldn't be happier. I live in an apartment so the countertop model was a great option. I researched for quite some time before ordering, turns out that was time well spent! I also got a "water tester" gadget because I wanted to compare AquaTru, my tap water, and my old filter pitcher. Of course I can taste the difference but was shocked to find out the old filter pitcher was worse than the tap water! When my son came to visit, he was so impressed with AquaTru's water he immediately ordered one! Love how it doesn't take forever to fill the pitcher up, and you can remove the pitcher when its filtering, it stops and resumes when you put it back on the base. I love knowing I'm drinking clean water, and since our bodies are mostly water, its importance is paramount. Plus my plants love it too! It really is beautiful on my kitchen counter, my favorite appliance in my kitchen. Thank you!

I really like the quality

I really like the quality of the water, but a part has already broken on the bottom of the portion that gets filled with water prior to processing through the filters.

Tastes like fresh air! I'm surprised what a great difference the carafe/filters made as opposed to using a charcoal filter pitcher.
Only con is the tank is a challenge to seat properly sometimes. I found that if I seat it on the right side first (facing the unit),the back lid will close as designed. Even with that being said, I would purchase this unit again.

Issues pulling the refillable tank

Issues pulling the refillable tank out. Have to pull it out with more force on one side. Makes me concerned about the long term durability of the product

I really like the Carafe

I really like the Carafe Countertop system. The only thing I don't like is taking off and putting back on the water container. It can be difficult to reseat. Other than that, it's a perfect system, and I would recommend to others.

This water purifier is a winner. It delivers exactly what it promises: pure, great-tasting water. I'm especially happy with the design; it's sleek and compact, so it doesn't hog precious kitchen counter space, and the operation is quiet. The only factor to consider—and this is my fault, not the product's—is the capacity. As a single person, I thought this size would be perfect, but I'm filling it 2–3 times a day. If you drink a lot of water, cook with it, or make large batches of tea/coffee, you might want to size up! However, the performance itself is top-notch.

My blood work after having my water purifier, I didn't have any metal's, or arsenic in my system! That's a blessing! My puppy comes out for a drink when I pour the best water into her bowl. Thank you for a great product!
