I like it. Very easy to fill. My only issue. . . the pitcher is just under a half gallon. I fill gallon jugs to have a store of water. So two pitchers ends up being maybe a pint short of a gallon.

We really like it so far. We've noticed a big change in the taste of the water and hope that means a big change in its components. We are hoping that have gotten it means that my husband and two dogs are having more healthful water.

Good and bad. I had it working fine even though I could not get left and right filters locked in place. I have not used it in two weeks. I need help getting those two locked in place.

Really like the concept of this filter and it mostly functions well! For some reason after a week of use the refill container on the back suddenly got exceptionally hard to put back on (like I have to get my husband to push on it to get it to go far enough down for the lid to fully close). it also leaks some out the bottom of that section so I think there are some seal issues. And it's really difficult to get it back off to refill. I wish there was a better way to design it because it's a real pain to deal with now. But other than that, it's a good filter.

Single person and this unit creates more work than value. Fill tank and lid a flimsy and feel scammed having bought this ridiculous size. If you are two or more do not buy as you will be filling it all day and it then becomes an inconvenience and work.
I’m very disappointed and regret spending so much money. Makes more work to use?? Thumbs down.
