5 stars! Highly recommend! I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 stars! Highly recommend! I pour my filtered water in a stainless steel pan and keep it in the fridge. The cold water tastes great! I plan to get an extra pitcher from AquaTru and add it to the fridge with filtered water as well. I love that I can buy everything separate whenever I may need to replace anything.

Better than we imagined!

For the first time ever we have water the way it's meant to be. . . without any taste! The filters work perfectly and the system is so easy to use, and fast, too! We could not be happier!

Fresh Clean Water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this system. I drink around 100 oz of water daily, and I am known to be a water snob. LOL, I can not stand it if I can taste something in my water or smell it. And sometimes the chlorine smell in our city water is strong, and I have noticed a huge difference using this system. I bought a SS jug and a glass with silicone base holder to store water in the fridge. This was an excellent buy for us; no more bottled water, and hoping my recycling actually makes it to a recycling facility and not a landfill. Reduced microplastics is a huge sell as well.

The unit vibrates so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit vibrates so much when filtering that the carafe vibrates out from under the spigot and the unt turns itself off. I have to wedge something between the counter and the carafe handle for the unit finish a complete cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but problems with my unit. First - the top doesn’t close properly after I fill and replace the plastic water container. Second - the remineralization filter makes the water taste terrible. Third - one of my glass pitchers already broke when it was placed down. I am working with the support team on the last two issues but no one is willing to do anything about the top not closing properly. Nothing but headaches with this machine so far. Very disappointing and frustrating.
