Filter works great and water tastes amazing. The unit could use a larger storage tank for the tap water. We spend a lot of time refilling. Otherwise, amazing product.

Sadly, I returned after watching video about hard water and the maintenance required. We don’t have time for the frequent maintenance and the small carafe wouldn’t have been adequate for one of us, let alone three people drinking water everyday. It looks like a good product, but not workable for us.

Best water filter ever!

I love this water filter. Not only does the water taste pure, but the machine has a wonderful design, and I love that the purified water is held in a glass pitcher (not plastic). It's so well designed, I can't think of any way it could be improved.
