I bought one for myself, and it is the best water I have ever had! Then I bought one for my son, and he says it has a sulphur taste. He read where you need to run 20-30 batches before that goes away. ?? Do I get a discount on his next round of filters?

After reviewing several water filtration options, I chose AquaTru and it was the right choice. Easy to use and perfect for a small household. The water tastes so clean and fresh. No chemical taste, no smell. . . just great water!

Purchasing this item has been a total nightmare. First they sent me a non functional unit then proceed to send me a part that doesn't fix the issues. After nearly 3 weeks after receiving my unit I get a barely functional replacement that takes 40 minutes to filter the water.
The unit works and the water tastes good even if it takes 40 minutes to filter and sounds like a washing machine in the kitchen.
Horrific experience and would have gone another direction if I knew the headache this would be.

Love it but often almost impossible to lift the used water tank to dispose of it. And sometimes the white lid won't go down over filters.

I’m really particular about my water intake and have always used under the sink RO systems. I can’t set that up at work so I am really happy to have this countertop version. Set up was a breeze and well explained. Water output is a bit slow, but I think the water turned out tasting great so the wait is worth it. It’s just as good as under the sink systems. Love the pitcher size and that’s its a glass carafe. Overall very pleased!
