This has been working really well for me! Very happy with the purchase. The tank doesn’t fit perfectly all the time, but still totally functional. It does produce a significant amount of waste water. I dump it in the tank of the toilet after flushing so that I’m not wasting all that water.

So far I do not enjoy the taste of the water, but am waiting for a new filter which might help. Otherwise the machine seems to work well.

I have been using the Aqua Tru carafe for about a month. I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use and the water tastes like nothing! I discovered I need to add electrolytes now and again because the water has no minerals. I am happy that I have fresh drinking water in a nice glass container. It filters quickly too! Very happy with it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product! It was easy to set up and get into operation. Now I am wondering how I lived without it every time I fill the tank with tap water and smell the chlorine. The water tastes great, and I am so happy to know all the water we are drinking is pure. The carafe works well for two people, although I keep it busy filtering a number of times a day. I highly recommend this product.

The machine is excellent and makes great water. The only complaint I have is when I fill the water tank up and place it in the back it does not sit securely on its base rather it leans forward and I’m always worried that it’s going to leak. It is not a good fit.
