I am very happy with my carafe. It is awkward to pull out from under the cabinet to refill every time and I am ever sure if I should unplug it each time it finishes filtering. This might be something you can include in the instructions, but I love the carafe and filter as a whole and I am very happy with it.

Ordered this for my mom who lives in a senior living facility. The smaller carafe size works great for her as she has limited counter space. I love that she’s drinking good water!
