Like the reverse osomis aspect. But not very smooth process to refill and takes a lot of time for water to filter

The water taste great. It does not come with testing supplies to ensure the containments are filtered and proper minerals are added. You also have to fill the water reserve multiple times to fill the carafe once due to backwashing.

Very happy with our new countertop system. I like having a glass pitcher instead of plastic and the option to add the mineral/alkaline filter. It is so easy to clean and fill. We must go through 8 pitchers a day.
