Good purchase. Filters were a little difficult to install due to tight clip over the tops. Had to have my husband muscle them in. After that, the unit worked beautifully. I make three carafes worth most days. It processes very quickly. Sometimes settling the tap water container onto the nipples takes a little effort. Would buy it again.

almost perfect, just UX/UI improvement

I just got my AquaTru Carafe today (9/17/26). After performing the initial 4 rinses, I had my first cup of water, and it tasted very good!
However, I have two UX/UI notes that could make this product even better:
1. **On/Off Switch:** Because the system stays in standby mode when the back tank is off, it starts running the moment you put a refilled tank back on even if it isn't fully seated yet. I found a workaround by removing the glass carafe first so the purifier won't start filtering water prematurely, but a dedicated power switch would solve this issue completely.
2. **A Tank Latch:** Adding a latch to lock the water tank in place would keep it nice and secure. I noticed that the tank wiggles a bit. It's not the end of the world, but it would definitely improve the overall build quality!

We drink a lot of water! I love knowing my water is pure.
We go through at least 2 carafe a day.
It doesn't take much counter space.
Filters even remove nitrates!

I love how compact this water system is. The water tastes fresh and crisp. Wish the tank was bigger so you don't have to fill it as often, but overall very happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this filter. I wanted something with no installation and no plastic. Glass carafe feels so much better than the plastic pitchers I used before.
Water tastes so much better and cleaner than tap water. it's not huge, but it does take up a spot like a coffee maker. Takes a few minutes to filter and it worth it.

I love it except for the tank, which is the biggest drawback. We have very hard water here and trying to clean it with my arthritis is very difficult. I’m hoping I can order another tank.
