Have been using it for a month or so and good so far. The carafe model needs frequent filling but that was expected. The replacement parts need be reasonable priced.

Clean Water - YAY!

Have set up AquaTru for over a week. I am a little intimidated by complicated instructions for setting up devices like this but managed to do it without much trouble. Now it is easy to use and am happy to enjoy fresh, clean water every day.

I’ve only had the AquaTru for a few weeks and so far I am delighted with it. Excellent drinking water. Easy to use and a very convenient size carafe for 1 person and a cat! Thanks.

We are returning the product. We are getting 40-50% of the water put into the system through. It is a huge waste of water which is important here in New Mexico. The water we got was fine. Just too much waste/
