Delicious tasting, love it

I have my filter for almost two years now, and I strongly recommend it. I filter water every other day as my son and go through around 2 gallons a day. I love the water and no more plastic bottles for me, so helping out the planet a bit.

I can taste the difference

I can taste the difference in the water after it comes through the aqua tru.
I don't understand why the same volume of water is always left in the tank to be thrown out.
Even if I feel the tank with only purified water the same volume is always left to be thrown out. It seems to do it by volume and not purity.

Much needed & appreciated

We’re living in our ‘Shouse’ building as a new home is being built including a new well on the property. The AquaTru has been MOST helpful. We’ll pack it up & take it South this winter for use in a rental.

Waste water

The ONLY problem I have is the amount of water that gets thrown out as waste water.
I do use what I can to water house plants, but I don’t have enough plants.
I plan to water flower beds withe the wasted waste water in the summer time.

AquaTrue is absolutely the best in all aspects -- beautiful, elegant design, very small footprint, extremely easy to operate, you will notice the difference in water quality immediately, excellent customer care... and I can keep on going -- strongly recommended!

BAD DESIGN, Great Water

The water is wonderful. The design is terrible: the water to be filtered goes in on one end, the pitcher with filtered water is removed off the other end. So stupid, awkward and space consuming. Both the place you put the water to be filtered and the result, the pitcher, should be on ONE SIDE if the device is to be used on the counter.
