Love it, works well

We've had this for a few months now, and are really happy with it. Simple and easy to use. We like having an extra carafe to keep in the fridge. It is great piece of mind to give my family filtered water since we are living on a military base where the tap water is pretty concerning. Thank you!

Easy but wasting water?

Super easy to set-up and water tastes great! The only thing I'm having trouble with is that I when I fill up the tap tank to just below the handle, the water carafe fills up 80% of the way and I have to dump the tap water before refilling for another round of clean water. If I don't fill the tap tank as high, the carafe just doesn't fill up as much and I still have to dump water. It feels pretty environmentally irresponsible to be dumping so much water so I'm a bit disappointed on that front. Would love to know if I'm doing something in error....

It filters water very well. During filtration it is a bit noisy. In general, great product!

Beyond happy I took the plunge and bought myself one. I had been struggling with the taste of water and using regular filters. The very first sip was absolutely perfect. I feel like I had forgotten how real water taste. I drink so much more now. I add electrolytes to some, use for my tea and even my ice cubes.

I like my AquaTru Carafe

The carafe works almost perfectly. It was basically easy to set up. It looks handsome on the kitchen counter and gives us purified water which tastes good. We have basically had no problems with it.

I am shocked. My Best Buy of the year. It still amazes me how clean this water tastes all the time. Water served anywhere else does not compare to this clean flavor. My young kids notice the difference when we go other places now and prefer to drink this water. My only regret is not buying the larger model. I am filling the carafe nonstop. Do yourself a favor and splurge for the larger model.

Have owned our countertop unit for 6 months and have been MORE than happy with its performance! Easy to use, easy to clean, delicious water on demand are all pluses - but what we've loved most is its portability! We take it everywhere with us - no more paying for nasty bottled water in hotels or drinking substandard water when visiting friends or family - we make our own and SHARE. We travel by car, so I have no idea how the unit would do in a suitcase banged around by an airline - but for us, it is a Godsend!
