I love the unit! It is easy to use and the water tastes so pure and clean. Also, I’m so glad to get away from the plastic water jugs….. I should have bought this sooner. Thank you for an excellent product.

Compact & Reliable!

The Carafe system is great. My friend recommended it. I got it about two months ago and immediately noticed the difference in water quality. It has a nice base and sits perfectly on my countertop, does not take too much space. I always drank tap water and didn’t realize how contaminated it could be until i watched videos and started doing my research online. I am glad that i got the carafe, never going back to tap water again.

Corrupt valve issue post descale.

Had to buy another one because after putting my less than a year old model through a descale with your descale kit, the valves on the intake side became corrupted and would no longer work. New one works fine.
