The water where I live taste disgusting. I have filter that attached to the faucet which helped a little. My cousin has purchased 2 of these for family and said they love it. I purchased mine along with a set of filters while on sale. I absolutely love it. My water tastes great and my stomach appreciates not getting upset when I drink water!

Love the crisp, fresh taste of the water! I'm a little disappointed that there is so much 'waste' water remaining that gets thrown away. I don't have a lot of counter space, and the unit is a little big to 'blend in' but I make it work.

I love my carafe, it is easy yo use, doesn't take up a lot of counter space, I love the design but most of all I love the water and it filters so quickly!

We love this. It is convenient and doesn’t take up too much counter space since we have a small kitchen! The water tastes great. We purchased a second carafe to easily keep one in the fridge for cold water and one on the counter unit for anything else we need. I love the feature that keeps the unit from starting the process until the carafe is in place. I wish our coffee maker was that smart!
