Perfect but…

Okay, I love everything about this water filter. It’s perfect, but we’ve had our glass pitcher dropped once and then had to replace it again when it just shattered on the stand. So it’s been annoying that it’s so expensive to replace just the pitcher.

Water tastes great and I really appreciate the carafe being glass, not plastic. I feel like I’m getting the best, cleanest water possible!

It has been great. I have a different RO filter faucet in kitchen, but decided to get another for countertop or use outside home. Both water tastes the same and is great. My kids say they prefer our home water instead of school or travel

Just as good and more portable. Carafe broke when dropped. Should be made of stronger glass. Don’t like having no in/off switch.
