[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Tasting Water so Easy. . . no more lugging bottled water home or having to recycle the plastic bottles. It was easy to assemble and the water filtering time is so reasonable. It's been a great addition so far. I would recommend this especially to households of one to two residents, particularly renters.

S you need setup water softner system to get the water to run through this machine otherwise the tubing inside this water filter will clog up and stop working. I found this out only after I purchased the water filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AquaTru Carafe is great. It is easy to use. The only concern I have is the water still tests at 90 ppm on my tester. My bottled water tests way lower. My water in Arizona is very bad and that may be why. It is not real high but more than I was expecting and hoping. I will keep testing and hope it goes down. It is very easy to use and refill. I also use it for my dogs water bowls as well. I love the glass carafe.
