[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly love this carafe water system. So happy that I purchased it, replacing my Berkey water system. Taste is amazing.
I held back one star because the water tank lid upon refill does not always lay flat and I am having to jostle the position of the water tank to be as snug as possible when positioning to align with the lid to lay flat and it lays flat sometimes but not always with about a quarter inch raised.

After tons of research we landed on the Carafe, setup was easy with the most annoying part having to hand wash everything with soap and water before you. . but I get it. So far the filtering works great, we updated to the app so the alerts are helpful, and the water tastes really crisp.
Very happy with our purchase!
Didn’t give 5 stars due to cost and ongoing maintenance will make this purchase the most expensive in the category.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little thrown off when I first got it. It looked smaller than I imagined. And when I learned that there was "waste water" I was like. . . "Oh man, I'm gonna be refiling this thing up constantly!" But once the water came through - I was very happy. The water is fresh - I feel confident drinking it. I add minerals to it when I want. Everything tastes better. My tea and coffee. . . I'm excited how I can now stop buying plastic bottles for good!
There's a bit of a learning curve at the start - but you'll be so happy you have it.
