This is a great product! Our water now tastes like spring water. Would highly recommend as it pays for itself in no time compared to bottled water purchases!

Too early to. Rate because I have only used 1-week. When only half of the water in the carafe is gone, the light to discard the water and refill the tank. What am I doing wrong?

Worth every penny. I couldn't believe the difference it made. The carafe is no bigger than a standard coffee machine. I would suggest adding the countertop sliding tray. It makes it much easier to refill the rear water tank.

The taste of water becomes lighter and better. I also enjoy drinking green tea. I've only just started using it, so if it continues to work for another six months or a year, I'll give it 5 stars.
