The water tastes so much

The water tastes so much better. No trace of the nasty chlorine and who knows what else! I purchased the mineral boost filter to add back the vital minerals and the water tastes even better now.

I haven’t bought on yet, but it’s on the list. My main concern is electricity. The greatest threat we live with is loss of power. Second choice would be having a backup condensation collector for life sustaining water, no electricity needed.

Water quality very good. Have to wait and see about filter costs. Changing the fill tank out, filling it with water and replacing tank back in the stand is cumbersome. If the carafe slid out on the tray and then rotated 180 degrees placing the fill tank in the front for removing and replacing it would be much better.

Best investment I have made, I can finally enjoy a glass of water without a nasty after taste. I wish I would have bought a long time ago. I highly recommend. Easy to use, easy to clean. Thank you. Keep up the good work

We like that we no longer have to buy bottled water and not have to change filters monthly. However I gave 4 stars because the tank has not fit tightly since day 1. Maybe Once out of three or four refills do we get it to fit tightly. Also we noticed the filtering time has slowed down since our purchase date. July 2026. I’m concerned about whether or not there is a defect or is this a learning process until it’s broken in over time.
