We love the taste of our water and drink much more now! The carafe is a great size for the countertop and we bought an extra carafe to keep in the fridge. So glad we can trust the water we drink using our AquaTru carafe!

Finally, a reverse osmosis unit that doesn’t waste so much water! I live in a state where we have a drought and would not use my previous RO unit anymore because of all the wasted water. Thank you!

We've had this for a few months now, and are really happy with it. Simple and easy to use. We like having an extra carafe to keep in the fridge. It is great piece of mind to give my family filtered water since we are living on a military base where the tap water is pretty concerning. Thank you!

Easy but wasting water?

Super easy to set-up and water tastes great! The only thing I'm having trouble with is that I when I fill up the tap tank to just below the handle, the water carafe fills up 80% of the way and I have to dump the tap water before refilling for another round of clean water. If I don't fill the tap tank as high, the carafe just doesn't fill up as much and I still have to dump water. It feels pretty environmentally irresponsible to be dumping so much water so I'm a bit disappointed on that front. Would love to know if I'm doing something in error....
