Sadly, I returned after watching

Sadly, I returned after watching video about hard water and the maintenance required. We don’t have time for the frequent maintenance and the small carafe wouldn’t have been adequate for one of us, let alone three people drinking water everyday. It looks like a good product, but not workable for us.

Best water filter ever!

I love this water filter. Not only does the water taste pure, but the machine has a wonderful design, and I love that the purified water is held in a glass pitcher (not plastic). It's so well designed, I can't think of any way it could be improved.

I purchased the AquaTru water

I purchased the AquaTru water filter with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. First off, the setup was complicated and took much longer than expected. The instructions were unclear, and I had to watch several online tutorials just to get it up and running.
After installation, the unit is bulky and takes up way too much counter space. The filtration process is slow, and I find myself waiting longer than I’d like for water. The taste improvement is minimal at best — my tap water still tastes better than what the AquaTru produces.
Additionally, the maintenance is a hassle. The filters need frequent replacements, which are costly, and the system itself is quite noisy when it’s running. For the price, I expected a much more efficient and effective product. All in all, I regret my purchase and will be looking for a more reliable, user-friendly water filter.
