I’ve had it for more than a month and so far I love it. I like drinking clean water that is also alkaline and mineralized. And it’s small enough to fit on my counter. I don’t know yet how long the filters last

I am very happy with my carafe. It is awkward to pull out from under the cabinet to refill every time and I am ever sure if I should unplug it each time it finishes filtering. This might be something you can include in the instructions, but I love the carafe and filter as a whole and I am very happy with it.
