Great water filter. User friendly.

Great water filter. User friendly. Much easier to use than my last filter unit. I love that it lets you know when to change the filters. Water tastes great and you never have to prime the filters. I only wish the tap water reservoir was easier to access. It’s in the back of the unit so I have to position it sideways on my counter. Not a big deal.

I expected I would need time to adjust to the taste of this water, as with any new water, but this made my water taste so good. This product was worth it for me. High quality, easy to use. Quality item that produces good water.

I left for a week and kept water in my glass and came back and found mold in it .
I didnt know water can grow mold especially “clean” water

I like everything, but I tested you water from your filter and I’m not satisfy this result you can look and comparing from tapwater is a result why? left side tap stripe right side from filter nothing different except water is soft that’s all I wanna clear answer and result if you tested your water maybe this test show me something wrong I

It will take some getting

It will take some getting used to the procedure. It does not always re-set, and then I have to lift the tank and push it down again. Not so automatic!
